Our core products include high-speed, high-volume inserting equipment, customized sortation products for mail and parcels, software and high-speed digital color printing systems that create high-value, relevant and timely communications targeted to our clients’ customers.BlueCrest is a global, innovative market leader in the mail space. Although our manufacturing headquarters is based in Danbury, Connecticut, we are a global company with clients and team members in over 15 countries worldwide, including an expansive field service team comprised of over one thousand specialized field service technicians.Shift: Candidate must be available to work Continental shift (nights and days rotation). Rotating Shifts - 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00. Repeating for 4 weeks at a time. The nightshift is 15% premium and weekend dayshift is 10% premium.On-Site technicians keep electromechanical equipment running for corporate clients. They are the front line of customer service and client relationship as well. On-Site technicians perform preventative maintenance and repair large high volume mailing systems.ResponsibilitiesProactively schedule and perform preventative maintenanceTrouble-shoot customer reported problems.Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfactionPlan and perform equipment upgrades and new installationsManage a queue of calls to ensure that customers are contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines.QualificationsA minimum of 1 years' experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.Strong experience working on electro-mechanical equipmentA minimum of two years proven experience in building and enhancing Customer relationships.A valid driver's license is required.Must maintain reliable transportation to travel to and from customer locationsThe ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs.
