SDET Automation Test Engineer

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an SDET Engineer to join our QEA Team in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java-Selenium and API automation testing. If you are passionate about building scalable, efficient, and maintainable test automation frameworks we want to hear from youDesign, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java TestNG and Selenium.Design test automation scripts for UI, Web Services and APIs.Design the automation framework from scratch.Identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality and meet project requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.QualificationsRequired skills: what you need to be consideredOverall 6-10 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar automation testing role.Minimum 5 years of hands-on automation experience using Java, Selenium, Junit, TestNG, BDD Cucumber framework using Data-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model (POM).Must have 2+ years of exp. in API Testing Automation using Rest Assured.Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and object-oriented design principles.Experience in designing, implementing, and running test cases for functional and UI testing.Experience on CI/CD, Jenkins and Azure data pipeline (ADF).Proficiency in JIRA, ALM, Xray, Git, or other relevant test management/version control tools.Individual Contributor with good communication skills.Preferred qualificationsShould have experience in Banking Domain.Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for testing purposes.We're eager to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in various ways.
