Join us.Job SummaryThe Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all timesNow, if you were to come on board as our Guest Experience Ambassador, we’d ask you to do the following for us:Provide high-level internal and external customer supportGreet employees and visitors, escort all VIP guestsEnsure daily optimal workspace occupancyShare information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interestHandle daily signage requirements for guest wayfindingMaintain building visitor list by managing the access badge processWeekly and daily communication with Experience TeamOperate telecommunication systems and manage incoming callsRestock supplies daily throughout the reception and storage roomProvide general travel supportWork closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departmentsCarry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety guidelinesInterface with vendorsConduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requiresFull understanding of security proceduresThink you have what it takes to be our Guest Experience Ambassador?
