The vast majority of our employees have started off their careers at Grantek and have grown into successful senior team members who are integral to our client's manufacturing processes.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleGrantek is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer,a technical leader and subject matter expert who shapes complex solutions, drives innovation, and sets the standard for engineering excellence.As a Principal Engineer, you’ll influence both client projects and internal initiatives, providing guidance on best practices, technical design, and strategic technology decisions. This is a senior, high-impact role ideal for a seasoned engineer with broad technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.ResponsibilitiesLead technical efforts across projects as a senior contributor, architect, designer, estimator, or commissioning lead.Provide thought leadership to the Engineering team, advising on technology platforms, solution design, and best practices.Collaborate across teams to share knowledge, promote innovation, and enhance the collective expertise.Support proposal development and project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.Mentor and train engineers and designers, fostering professional growth and technical skill development.Ensure a customer-focused approach, addressing client needs and delivering exceptional experiences.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.QualificationsExtensive experience as a senior engineer with a proven record of technical leadership.Deep expertise across multiple technical domains relevant to Grantek’s offerings.Strong experience in proposal support, project execution, budgeting, and quality assurance.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.Strategic mindset with a track record of problem-solving and guiding teams to deliver complex solutions.Commitment to excellence in customer experience and delivering business value.Travel as needed (up to 10%) for client engagements or internal initiatives.Additional InformationWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to provide Grantekians with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
