We ensure that every project embodies our values and surpasses expectations, leaving a lasting impression on our clients and community.What We’re Looking ForYou are a high-performer who wants to be a part of a growing company.You have a real passion for organization and attention to detail.You enjoy variety in what you do.You are technologically savvy and want to lead the continual improvement efforts of a team.You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.The Role In a NutshellThe Project Coordinator will report to the Project ManagerProject coordination for a variety of residential renovation projects across all phases of construction, from preconstruction to project close-outBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring budgets, schedules and expectations are met while collaborating closely with Preconstruction and Production teamsAssist Project Manager with management of key project stakeholders (clients, suppliers, trade partners)Assist Project Manager in project administration requirements (maintenance of project schedules, coordination of client meetings, document management)Monitor project budgets against actual expenditures, creating reports of internal reviewExperience Required:Experience: 1–3 years in Project Coordination experience in residential construction or design-build environmentsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Buildertrend is a significant asset.Education: Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field as asset. Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in construction project coordination will also be considered.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships.Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals.
