The role emphasizes collaborative partnership, meticulous administrative support, and relationship building with key stakeholders across the Cancer Centre. Key Accountabilities Organize complex donor meetings and coordinate logistics Assist in the creation and management of proposals, impact reports, and other communication materials Maintain project calendars, draft agendas, briefing notes, and donor correspondence Support preparation of Donation Agreements and prospect management in the Blackbaud CRM Collaborate with physicians and Cancer Centre staff on proposals and impact reporting Provide general support to fundraisers in building and managing the fundraising pipeline Respond to internal and external information requests from donors, volunteers, and staff Support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship functions Qualifications Relevant 3‑year degree/diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience 1–3 years of experience in fundraising or complex administrative coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools Experience with Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge, or similar fundraising CRM Knowledge of fundraising professional standards and ethics Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working within a goal‑oriented team Professional presence, sound judgement, and diplomacy Alignment with Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence values Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Anti‑Racism (IDEAA) Benefits & Culture Competitive base salary and incentive pay Health benefits and the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Ongoing learning opportunities and individual development planning Hybrid work environment: Tuesday, Thursday and one other day in office (subject to business needs) Culture founded on Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE) and commitment to IDEAA Additional Information We believe that our work lives are stronger when we act together with purpose, craft, and care.
