OverviewBeing a Credit Analyst on the Equipment Financing team at National Bank means serving as a key expert in credit evaluation. This role focuses on financial analysis, risk management, and loan structuring to support Canadian businesses with tailored financing solutions.This position is within the Small Ticket Credit team at Equipment Financing and is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and makes sound decisions in a timely manner.Your roleAnalyze credit applications and recommend appropriate financing structuresCollaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk Management to support sound credit decisionsApprove credit requests within delegated limits and prepare recommendations for complex casesEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsContribute to portfolio assessments to identify risks and propose mitigation strategiesYour TeamWithin the Equipment Finance sector, you’ll be part of a large team and report to the Credit Manager. The team emphasizes deep expertise, collaboration, and client success, with flexibility including a hybrid work environment and adaptable schedules.National Bank supports continuous development and internal mobility with personalized training programs and hands-on learning.
