It also offers a competitive salary and benefits as well as a stimulating working environment that fosters professional growth.As our Audit and Assurance Group continues to expand, we are currently seeking full-time Junior Auditors.ResponsibilitiesThe qualifying candidates will perform the following:Participates in inventory counts and accurately executes on counts from floor to sheet and/or sheet to floorImports or inputs trial balance into Caseware (excel and PDF)Maps new accounts into correct groupings and ensures mappings in trial balance by group is in orderEnsures financial statements balance and prior year comparative figures agree to prior year issued statementsDemonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) including ability to prepare basic spreadsheetsCreates GIFI code mapping for chart of accounts in Caseware for import into the T2 tax returnUpdates the financial statements and letters (engagement, representation letter, etc.) to most recent templateUtilizes QC Department bank of notes to appropriately update financial statement disclosureAssists and accurately performs scanning, archiving, lockdowns, and printing tax returnsCalls provincial and federal governments to confirm client information (instalments, NOA information etc.)Uses CRA and MRQ represent a client online service to confirm and obtain relevant client informationImports GIFI into the T2 tax returnQualificationsCompleted undergrad program and pursuing CPA DesignationBilingual (French and English);Strong technical skills;Sense of organization and priorities;Ability to multi-task;Team work oriented;Good judgment;We thank all candidates for their application and interest in our Firm.
