Ideal Candidate Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or C.E.T with strong technical knowledge. Minimum 6 years progressing in the construction industry, experienced in managing Water/Sewer projects. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail in managing project activities. Commitment to the team and company goals. Experience developing customer‑focused relationships. Creativity and problem‑solving skills. Experience with AutoCAD and industry‑related software. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team. Prepare regular progress reports and tender/contract documents. Generate subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and site instructions. Collaborate with Estimators to assemble bids and track pricing requests. Maintain safety records and conduct basic safety audits. Compile close‑out checklists, prepare close‑out documents, and arrange certificates of completion and publication. Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes. Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, email correspondence, letters, couriers.
