We are currently seeking a Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.JOB OVERVIEWThe Purchasing Executive will focus on driving revenue growth through new and existing vendors. This role involves researching targeted/strategic vendors, increasing the vendor base, and developing relationships with potential new vendors. The Purchasing Executive will also be responsible for managing and growing existing vendor revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless supply chain process to meet the demands of our customers.JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESVendor Development and Relationship ManagementActively develop new vendors and manage relationships with existing vendors while also exploring opportunities across the APAC region.Evaluate and qualify vendors based on reliability, quality of parts (ensuring they are not counterfeit), and competitive pricing.Sourcing and Supply Chain ManagementSource electronics components and key parts to support the demands of our end customers.Ensure timely delivery of parts from vendors and monitor supply chain performance.Collaboration with Sales TeamWork closely with the Sales team to understand customer inquiries and requirements.Proactively provide offer lists from vendors to the Sales team to identify potential sales opportunities.Market Research and Purchasing DecisionsMonitor market trends, industry developments, technological advancements, and competitor activities to make informed purchasing decisions.Problem Resolution and Issue ManagementResolve supplier issues such as quality control, shipment delays, and product defects.JOB REQUIREMENT(S)Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.Proven experience in purchasing or procurement or buyer roles within the trading industry preferred but not necessary.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with electronic components and key parts such as memory, CPU, SSD, GPU etc. will be advantageous.We offer a monthly incentive plan and a year-end bonus, both commensurate with individual contributions and overall company performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
