You’ll lead everything from intimate local events and creative activations to our online webinars and podcast programming - while sharing our community’s energy across social channels. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts connector, storyteller, and operator, with a passion for the e-commerce space and an eye for brand experience. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales to turn community engagement into business impact. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and host micro offline events - including dinners, workshops, coffee meetups, and other creative experiences for DTC founders, partners, and operators. Build and manage online community programming , including webinars and digital events that educate and connect our audience. Lead the Amplify podcast - from guest sourcing and scheduling to content planning and distribution. Develop a community engagement calendar and process for tracking event ROI, attendance, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with the CEO and GTM team to align community initiatives with marketing and demand-generation goals. Foster authentic relationships with DTC brand leaders, partners, and creators — serving as a key external ambassador for the Amplify brand. Identify new opportunities to expand Amplify’s reach through community-driven marketing and partnerships. Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in community building, field marketing, or event management — ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, or a fast-paced startup. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you’re a natural connector who thrives in social settings. Proven ability to plan and execute events end-to‑end, from ideation to post‑event follow‑up. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand, storytelling, and aesthetics. Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Self‑starter attitude - able to move quickly, think strategically, and operate with minimal oversight. Bonus: experience running podcasts, webinars, or content programs that blend community and marketing. What We Offer Opportunities for growth within a fast‑scaling startup Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative international team culture Access to world‑class tools and resources to do your best work How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a short note about your experience building and growing communities.
