Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC, for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing regional sales efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, training and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular collaboration with team members and clients to promote ProSource’s products and services. Qualifications Strong sales management skills, including experience with sales strategy development, target setting, and revenue generation Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships Leadership and mentoring experience, with excellent team collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of the irrigation, landscaping, or outdoor supply industry is an asset Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights to maximize sales Proficiency in standard sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Wholesale #J-18808-Ljbffr
