Senior Product Manager - Enterprise / Commerce (100% Remote) About the JobHopper Technology Solutions is looking for a passionate and scrappy Senior Product Manager with experience building and launching new products in the B2B space. Product Managers at Hopper are “smart creatives” that will take Hopper from an innovative startup to being the global leader in the travel industry. As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of development, data, and user experience. What Would Your Day-to-day Look Like Manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation and analysis: collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, drive execution, and report on the impact. Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve for users, partnering with business leaders to shape and drive business cases for product features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, data analysts, and business leaders) to bridge the gap between technical complexities, user needs, and desired outcomes. Validate product-market fit through data-driven approaches and collaborate closely with data analysts to understand user behavior. Pare down an ideal feature to the minimum viable product: identify what is essential to validate the idea, limit cost and risk. Work closely with our B2B partners to develop world-class solutions. An ideal candidate has: Extensive experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2B2C setting. A proven track record of building and launching impactful products from the ground up (zero-to-one experience). Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to inform decisions. Scrappy, resourceful, and able to thrive with limited resources. User-centric approach and passion for building products that solve real problems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders. Strong prioritization, roadmap management, and execution abilities.
