If you encounter technical difficulties submitting your resume, please send a Word version of your resume to khaddad@apexsystems.com Please reference**Quality Analyst Technician*** Strong understanding of **Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and UC technologies**.* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues.* Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced, ad hoc environments.- **1–3 years** of hands-on experience in AV technologies and systems.- Proven experience with **Crestron, QSYS, SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp**, and related platforms.- Experience working with **conference room AV setups** and **camera systems**.- Familiarity with **network technologies** including Wi-Fi, PoE, and firewall/security applications.- Operational experience with **QSYS** in live environments.* 1–2 candidates with deep expertise in **Crestron and QSYS** (Lead-level preferred).* All candidates must have strong QA/QC and AV troubleshooting experience.* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across engineering and IT teams.Apex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
