About The Role This is a hybrid role with CPFR and Logistics responsibilities. The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst focuses on the management of customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasts at the unique item level throughout its life cycle using internal Essential Home Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and customer‑specific tools. This customer‑facing role drives Supply Chain activities, supports customer in‑stock and inventory targets, maintains fill rates, and executes overall Reckitt Supply Strategies. Your work will benefit our customers by minimizing their excess inventory and maximizing our consumer sales. You will act as a liaison and key stakeholder to ensure accurate baseline and promotional customer forecasts and will be pivotal in bringing our customer and brand vision to life. This role requires strong end‑to‑end Supply Chain knowledge, cross‑functional collaboration and partnership, and concise communication between internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze customer’s supply plan and optimize their replenishment process to meet in‑stock, inventory and shared objectives while maintaining fill rates Lead weekly meetings with the customer to identify areas of opportunity and provide recommendations Evaluate information from multiple sources, providing insights and analysis for forecast drivers to the Sales team, customer, and the demand planning team Own internal communication with key stakeholders to call out exceptions in forecasts, flag risks and provide actionable recommendations Leverage analytics to build a case for influencing internal and external customer behavior Utilize tools and reports, or create your own, to facilitate optimisation of customer KPIs and identify insights driving action in the data Manage complex projects that drive Supply Chain and Customer Replenishment efficiencies Coordinate with warehouse, 3PL and customer service team to overcome operational challenges in the order‑to‑cash cycle Track operational spend and costs with monthly reconciliation of invoices for a smooth month‑end closure Track key logistics and transportation KPIs to ensure alignment with financial forecasts Collaborate with transportation team to facilitate finished goods importation and customs clearance processes Facilitate internal and external audits and physical inventory reconciliation The Experience We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a business‑related field is preferred Prior CPFR experience (at least 1 year) Proficient in business communications Strong analytical skills (Excel based) Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Preferred Qualifications CPFR experience 2+ years of CPG experience SAP experience Skills for Success Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Process Improvement, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management of Third‑Party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement.
