Then this opportunity is for youAs a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in creating an inclusive team environment that fosters positive connections. You will aim to achieve store success by leading the team towards objectives such as sales, profit, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.A Day In The Life (What You Will Do)Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals;Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling;Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment;Coach and mentor team members, providing on-the-spot feedback;Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers.QualificationsWho you are (What you will bring):At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment;Experience in motivating a team towards common goals;High School diploma or GED;Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service;Availability to work evenings and weekends.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Starting rate of $17.15/hour (may be higher based on experience);Full-time benefits, including paid time off (sick, flex days, vacation);Monthly bonus potential, advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement;50% discount at Reitmans brands;Employee referral program.If this inspires you…let’s talk.
