We are seeking a results-oriented individual, committed to professionalism and fostering change within our organization. This individual will support MBS through a variety of initiatives, focused on maintaining a company culture that aligns with the diverse needs of our growing team.If you are passionate about HR operations and you would like to contribute in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you. Your job will be to provide support to the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’s employees, as well as be involved in the recruiting and hiring of new employees.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for HR executivesOrganize, compile, update company personnel records and documentationManage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days offHelp in payroll management, preparation and paymentPrepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and proceduresAnswer employees’ questions and provide requested informationMaintain schedule and coordinate calendar activitiesFull-cycle Recruitment - posting job ads, reviewing resumes, performing telephone screen, setting up interviews and offering positionsAnswer telephone calls and provide needed informationCreate reports for managementHelp organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programsOther tasks as neededJob RequirementsPrevious working experience as an HR administrative assistant for 1 yearAbility to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR softwareKnowledge of HR softwareFamiliarity with Canadian labour lawsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAct as a reliable and supportive team memberBSc in human resources or similar relevant fieldExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsExperience with recruitment marketingIf you qualify for this position, submit your resume, cover letter, and salary expectation.We thank all interested applicants and will only contact eligible candidates with further details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
