OverviewBenefits Analyst, Group Force Benefits – NFP, an Aon company (Canada) – RemoteHours per week: 35 (Full-Time)Location: RemoteJob Duration: Full-Time, PermanentWhat You’ll DoOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned client group and advisorEnter financial data for renewals and marketing (e.g., experience info, rate history, demographic data)Ensure timely and successful delivery of client presentations (new business/renewals) for potential and existing clientsRenewals – 30 days prior to the renewal dateNew Business – 10 business days / 15 business days (large group)Maintain full workload on internal filing system (SharePoint)Analyze proposals from carriers for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.)What You BringTypically 1+ years of experience within the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA settingSome knowledge of group benefit plans and plan designSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including basic formulasStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHigh level of accuracy, organization and attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of peopleAbility to prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional benefits designation is an asset (e.g., GBA, CEBS)Who We AreGroup Force Benefits Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NFP Canada – 7x Best Places to Work award winner and Elite Agency award winner.
