We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)Zone A: $129,500 - $162,000Zone B: $123,000 - $160,500Zone C: $116,500 - $152,000Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)146,500 - 191,500This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.Reporting to the Director, Partner MarketingAs a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Scaled Acquisition & Programs you’ll …Design and launch Webflow’s Self-Serve Partner Acquisition Programs targeting freelancers and small agencies through programmatic campaigns, lifecycle nurtures, and always-on initiativesLead the acquisition of net new partners by developing and executing strategies to attract freelancers and agencies into the Webflow Partner Program through partnerships with other companies, freelancer platforms, communities, and digital marketing channelsBuild and execute partner acquisition campaigns across marketplaces, user groups, paid media, and community channelsDrive activation and engagement campaigns that onboard, educate, and incentivize new partners to grow their practice on Webflow.Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Account Managers to align acquisition with broader ecosystem strategy.Develop metrics, reporting, and insights that track partner recruitment, activation, and contribution to Webflow’s pipeline.Collaborate with the MDF program to deliver scalable, low-lift co-marketing kits and resources that empower freelancers and agencies to participate in demand generationIn addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.About you:You’ll thrive as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Scaled Acquisition & Programs if you:Bring 6+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, or Program Marketing in SaaS or a related industry, with a proven track record in acquisition marketing and lifecycle campaign design.Have hands-on experience driving partner or customer acquisition through marketplaces, freelancer platforms, user groups, communities, and paid digital campaigns, ideally with freelancers or SMB-focused programs.Excel in cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships with Growth Marketing, Partner Management, and Sales to deliver measurable impact.Are data-driven and strategic, comfortable defining and reporting on KPIs while balancing big-picture vision with tactical execution.Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.Our Core Behaviors:Build lasting customer trust.
