Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.Qualifications:Willingness for continued learning and growthAttention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipmentAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customersStrength with multitasking and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeLearn and develop new professional skills in a fast-paced environmentServe your community in their time of need. ‘Servant Based Leadership’Be a part of a winning team with the ‘One Team’ mentality.
