The Rituals Manager will cultivate peace through passionate, respectful, and discerning care of guests and fellow artisans. What We Need Reporting to the Assistant Director, Rituals & Experiences, the Rituals Manager will elevate ritual experiences to ensure an unforgettable time for guests in our spa village. Responsibilities include creating, integrating, and managing ritual offerings inspired by traditions such as German Aufguss, Canadian infusion, Latvian sauna traditions (Pirts), Turkish or Moroccan hammam, and Tibetan singing bowls. Key Responsibilities Together with the Assistant Director, analyze guest feedback and improve daily operations in and around our spa village. Collaborate with your team to create new rituals and integrate treatments from all over the world into the spa experience. Implement natural products needed by our guests at the right time of year, aligning with seasonal rhythms. Communicate with the Products Team to gain knowledge that inspires and trains your team. Ensure the customer experience is impeccable, according to our brand standards. Manage, guide, and inspire a team of true passionate ritual artists/masters who deliver daily rituals and treatments to guests. Ensure the continuous development and training of your team. Follow up on customer complaints and resolve them satisfactorily with the Assistant Director. Work out daily processes, rituals, and plan the team’s weekly schedule. Perform basic rituals such as Aufguss to stay connected with your team and guests. Supervise guests and contribute to their spa experience. Ensure the smooth running of opening and closing activities, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises. Complete reports relevant to operations and any incidents that occur. Promote active employee engagement, ensuring established standards are met or exceeded. Together with the Procurement Team, ensure sufficient stock for ritual activities. Perform any other related duties. Profile Needed Five (5) years’ experience in wellness, hospitality, or tourism industry. Three (3) years’ experience managing a team. Enthusiasm for aromatherapy, plant‑based ingredients, and sound‑bathing techniques within multi‑sensory holistic wellness practices. Interest in a healthy lifestyle and the broader world of wellness. Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and employees. A love for caring for people by creating joyful experiences and rituals. Agile and strong problem‑solving skills. Good physical health with tolerance for working in a very hot environment. Curiosity to learn new skills and an ability to speak and perform before an audience. Working Hours You will work, on average, 40 hours per week with a variable schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, so flexibility is required.
