Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Wellness Coordinator based in Toronto, ON from 2:30pm – 7:30pm on weekdays. The Wellness Coordinator will oversee daily clinic operations by managing client bookings, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include fostering authentic client relationships, supporting personalized care plans, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and contributing to the clinic’s commitment to excellence and holistic wellness. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to build authentic and positive client relationships Proficiency in administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, data entry, and managing client records Organizational and time‑management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Interest in health and wellness with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency with JANE clinic management software or ability to learn new systems quickly Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the clinic and clients Prior experience in a health, wellness, or similar client‑centered setting is preferred A high school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or certification in a related field is an asset Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Part‑time Industries Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
