You’ll:Develop and review 3D models and detailed mechanical layouts using AutoCAD, Plant3D, and other design platformsEstablish and refine drafting standards and QA/QC procedures for consistently excellent deliverablesCheck and validate drawings created by junior team members — and ensure every pixel and pipe meets the markOwn time management across design phases, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectivelyMentor junior staff, providing guidance, support, and technical developmentContribute to feasibility and detailed mechanical design — from shaft infrastructure to ventilation and processing systemsVisit mine sites to validate designs and stay connected to real-world applicationsCollaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and other WSP disciplines to deliver integrated solutionsAssist with cost estimating for proposals, bringing your practical insights to the front end of project developmentUphold WSP’s core values, especially our Safety First cultureWhat you'll bring to WSP:You're a seasoned designer who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in elevating others.
