Will be responsible for all operational site matters (costs, schedule, quality, health & safety, environment). The site manager will need to maintain site team effectiveness (leadership, communication, teamwork, coordination). Responsibility of promoting and safeguarding the interests of ANDRITZ Hydro at the site.ResponsibilitiesHas overall responsibility for site installation and commissioning activities. This will include compliance with safety and environmental protection requirements, respect of technical quality requirements, schedule management, costs management and project risks management.Has overall responsibility for installation planning and strategy and coordination with the client and other contractors on site.Has overall responsibility for the preparation of the mobilization plan, installation schedule and sequence and updating of the progress/development of the plan as the work is completed.Responsibility for site kick-off and progress review meetings. Provides prompt reports and documentation on deviations (cost, schedule, quality) to Project Manager.Provides technical inputs and strategy for claim management.Anticipates risks and measures to mitigate impacts from deviations to the plan.Prepares site logs and maintenance of daily log book.Prepares overall weekly site reports.Why you fit the profileSuccessful teams share objectives, and they also share values.
