Project Coordinator Full Time | Calgary, AB | $60,000 – $85,000 CAD per year. We are committed to providing job security within a positive and nurturing work environment for the long term. Duties & Responsibilities Assist estimating with tender closings, as needed. Coordinate with sub‑trades and consultants. Prepare and submit RFIs. Submit and process changes (SIs, CCNs, COs). Review, submit and distribute shop drawings. Obtain Notice of Project for all designated projects. Prepare and issue purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the PM. Source suppliers and subcontractors as requested by the PM. Attend site meetings and issue meeting minutes, if required. Receive, price, implement, and coordinate all project changes with the PM. Assist the PM with the monthly billing cycle. Handle project completion & close‑out, including O&M manuals. Manage small projects as directed and supervised by the Project Manager. Skills +2 years of progressive project coordination experience in the general contracting field. LEED and/or PMP accreditation is an asset. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, Adobe‑Pro, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Maestro. Strong ability to read and interpret construction contracts, drawings, and specifications. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Education Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or a technical diploma/certificate in a related discipline combined with relevant experience.
