We’re looking for a Buyer / Inventory Planner to lead inventory and procurement efforts across our Canadian operations. If you know your way around SAP, vendor negotiations, and inventory optimization, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. Reports to: Manager, National Supply Chain Shift: 5 x 2; Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day Safety Sensitive: No RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5‑year provincial driving record will be required. Travel: up to 10% across Canada and the US Relocation: This position does not offer relocation Key Job Responsibilities Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment Manage used inventory and coordinate refurbishments Source materials/services with focus on cost efficiency Handle pricing, quoting, and customs documentation Maintain SAP records and generate inventory reports Expedite orders and resolve delivery issues Support environmental compliance and sustainability goals Collaborate with vendors and resolve performance issues Process credits and review import/export documentation Qualifications / Requirements 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or accounting Degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, customs business or finance is considered an asset SAP experience and advanced Word and Excel skills Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel required Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Customer‑focused, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented Valid driver’s license and unrestricted site access This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our organization.
