Join us now and point your career forwardJob SummaryThe Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping financial strategy and driving long-term business success.Now, if you were to come on board as the Senior Director, FP&A, we’d ask you to do the following for us:Partner with and serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and other members of the executive team to deliver financial insights and guidance that drive growth, margin improvement, operational excellence, and long-term value.Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support corporate initiatives, capital allocation and investment decisions.Translate business strategies into financial outcomes to support executive decision making.Deliver executive level reporting that highlights trends, market dynamics, risks and opportunitiesDrive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and business partnership for the group of sectors in Healthcare, Senior Living and Remote businesses.Deliver alignment of financial planning with the organization’s goals and prioritiesEnsure strong financial governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Build and lead a high-performing finance and analytics team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Drive adoption of best in class financial systems, analytics and reporting tools to enhance insight and efficiencyThink you have what it takes to be our Senior Director, FP&A?
