W&D Operator – Warehouse & Distribution Operator Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Operation Supervisor, the W&D Operator supports inventory, daily operations, and assembly or replenishment tasks for the Warehouse & Distribution Department. The role processes and sorts invoices and documents and maintains a safe, organized environment. Responsibilities Prepare receiving and shipping areas; organize equipment. Verify inbound and outbound transportation loads. Load and unload goods using safe lifting techniques and pallet jacks. Check inbound product condition, receiving quantities, and validate against bills of lading, reporting inaccuracies immediately. Match received product against purchase order and enter inventory via the WMS. Put away received product into assigned storage locations using a power pallet jack. Assist daily inventory checks, storage location consolidation, and intra‑building inventory transfers. Assist other departments throughout the site as required. Maintain warehouse working environment to pre‑set sanitation and safety standards. Carry out daily equipment safety checks and battery maintenance. Work in walk‑in cooler/freezer as arranged or needed. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with warehouse receiving. Flexible to work shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays. Good understanding of tools and equipment relevant to the job; can interpret product labels. English communication; knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin an asset. Follow written and verbal instructions promptly and correctly. Prepared to stand long time and lift products of 60 lbs regularly. Knowledge of workplace health & safety. Shift Shift work required; weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
