Associate – RBC Dominion Securities, Sault Ste. Marie Embark on a career with RBC Dominion Securities, Canada’s leading full‑service investment and wealth management firm. As an Associate, you will support both client relationships and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth account administration and exceptional client service. What you’ll do Maintain client accounts: manage models, execute trades, rebalance positions, handle cash raises and send EFTs. Follow up on trades to guarantee proper settlement and delivery. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding transactions, documentation, reporting, etc. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis on products or accounts as directed. Cross‑train on office functions, from account opening to meeting preparation, coordinating communications with clients, advisors, and partners. Use problem‑resolution skills to provide proactive client service and collaborate with various departments for timely solutions. Apply internal controls and regulatory requirements to keep client files accurate and compliant. What we’re looking for Must‑have Current or in‑progress Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic numeracy skills. Strong time‑management and organizational abilities. Demonstrated world‑class client service: professional, warm, and friendly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice‑to‑have Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures. Experience in the securities industry.
