Santis Health’s Management Consulting practice is seeking a highly motivated project leader and team player with a strong work ethic and excellent consulting skills for the role of Engagement Manager in Toronto. We’re looking for passionate healthcare consultants, experienced at leading projects and teams, who would like to continue to grow their subject matter expertise and help others around them achieve their potential.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements, managing client relationships and providing day-to-day file leadership.
  • Lead and direct teams to provide insightful and impactful solutions to complex client issues, leveraging analytical approaches, established methodologies, and critical thinking skills.
  • Direct and guide the work of consultants, offering expertise to drive high-quality outputs and work products.
  • Review work performed by staff and associates, participate in performance reviews, and contribute to on-the-job feedback/training.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through the delivery of excellent service and unwavering focus on quality.
  • Demonstrate technical and professional knowledge of the health care industry.
  • Mentor junior talent through on-the-job coaching and supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, health administration, public policy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory previous consulting and engagement leadership experience.
  • Relevant post-graduate certifications/training (e.g., li>
  • Focus on health strategy and/or health policy is preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Strong project and people management experience and capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple clients and projects.
  • Skilled in priority-setting, efficient time-management, and the ability to work well within teams and independently.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
