Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote Canada) - Future Opening Join Abe, a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is crucial to our social media team. You will help our clients create high‑performing LinkedIn and multi‑platform paid media strategies. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts. Serve as direct support to client contacts. Maintain weekly communication with vendors and operational partners. Build quarterly strategies and create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets. Provide fractional support for internal marketing within our agency. Understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Confirm lead routing accuracy within the CRM. Manage personal productivity and utilization. Work closely with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals. Understand programmatic campaign value and drive cross‑sell/upsell opportunities. Execute and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns—including copy, TAM development, and targeting—to maximize ROI. What You Offer 4+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients. Deep expertise in paid social, specifically LinkedIn Ads. Understanding of LinkedIn’s ad units (conversation, document, CTV, etc.). Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and related tools. Ability to delegate and lead junior team members. Strong paid‑media principles (keyword research, copywriting, bid management, optimization). Data‑driven decision making using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, etc.). Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Passion for staying on the cutting edge of the industry. Willingness to travel to clients approximately once a year as needed. What Success Looks Like Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts. Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client NSMs and satisfaction scores. Build trust and relationships that drive consistent renewals. Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals. Communicate results clearly to clients and executives.
