As the Senior Associate/Associate, Production, you will support the team to maintain and uphold the Creative Design vision through production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless — from a rewarding career in Production to continued growth and development with Aritzia.**THE ROLE**As the Senior Associate/Associate, Production, you will:* Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth* Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices* Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality* Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead-times* Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products**THE QUALIFICATION**The Senior Associate/Associate, Production, has:* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in [MC skills, certifications and/or experience]* Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP)* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.* A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business**THE COMPENSATION**The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000–$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
