Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PMPosition ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
