Operations Consultant – Part Time Join the SEPHORA team as an Operations Consultant and contribute to a world‑class beauty destination. Location & Compensation AB‑South Centre Calgary (0562)Calgary, Alberta, CanadaSalary CA$90,000.00‑CA$120,000.00 (2 months ago) Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours. Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and Multi‑Point of Sale (MPOS) systems. Maintain stockroom organization, receive and process shipments, and manage transfers, damages and testers per company standards. Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, safety and compliance with sampling policies. Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager(s) or Store Manager. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and cross‑train in cashier functions. Essential Skills & Qualifications 1‑2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Proficient computer, arithmetic and organizational skills. Effective time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills. A high‑school graduate or equivalent. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend, stretch and stock shelves.
