Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships and build a mortgage sales business. Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence. Participate in targeted sales training and build credit knowledge. Work closely with your Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions. Qualifications A highly motivated individual, self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills. Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication. Post‑secondary education (preferred).
