You will contribute to Deliverect’s growth in the U.S. within the Strategic Accounts team, focusing on our largest accounts and partnerships in the QSR sector.Your ImpactAs the Sales Director, Strategic Accounts, you will fuel revenue growth and market expansion in the U.S., drive partner acquisition within the QSR industry, and position Deliverect as a leading SaaS partner for major restaurant groups in the region over the next 18–24 months.What you will doFuel business growth: identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities within strategic accounts, with a focus on greenfield opportunities and opening doors within the top 50 QSR brands.Cultivate relationships and manage accounts: oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and tailor solutions to stakeholder needs.Travel and network: meet with clients face-to-face as needed, with up to 20% travel to meetings, trade shows, and events.Forecast and report: maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline, and prepare regular reports and analyses to inform go-to-market strategy.Product expertise: learn Deliverect products quickly and demonstrate them autonomously to clients; identify exhibitions and events to generate leads.Your ExpertiseA proven network and experience: 7–10+ years of commercial sales experience, with a track record selling to the largest U.S. QSR brands; strong ability to close large, complex deals.Hunger for new business: proactive prospecting and a habit of overachieving on targets, building a pipeline from the ground up.Consultative selling: software sales experience with the ability to diagnose customer pain points and provide strategic recommendations.Resilience and adaptability: comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; coachable and skilled at time management.Strong communication: excellent written and verbal skills to articulate solutions and negotiate with stakeholders.Willingness to travel: comfortable with frequent travel and short-notice meetings.Nice to have: experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk); familiarity with hospitality, food tech, or POS landscapes.Join Our Innovative JourneyWe’re redefining how restaurants and retailers connect with customers globally.
