What You Will Do Participate in the specification, design, and implementation of software features for radio products and power amplifiers. Perform hands‑on testing of Radio Frequency (RF) communication products. Participate in the ongoing support of applications and products, both in-house and with clients. Qualifications You Must Have Must be a Canadian citizen. Must either hold or be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Access. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field. Qualifications We Prefer Sound skills in C/C++ and real‑time embedded computer architectures. Signals, RF and systems experience. DSP and/or waveform implementation experience. Experience with RF testing equipment: spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and signal generator. Object‑oriented programming skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills. Knowledgeable in the software life cycle including definition, requirement analysis and design, implementation, validation, and support. Good team‑working ability and self‑motivation with a desire to learn. Work Environment Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
