PROJECT CONTROL OFFICER

Position Overview BDC is looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) to support the EPMO department. The Officer will monitor and coordinate all project plans by determining potential budget, resource, timing and workload issues with project managers. If being a team player and connecting with clients are values that are important to you, you’ve come to the right place Challenges to be Met Monitor and coordinate all project plans, identifying conflicts and proposing solutions. Ensure interdependencies within and between schedules are correctly established, and monitor WIP units and tasks. Maximize resource allocation and manage capacity by creating, updating, and maintaining a global plan with all team leads and project managers. Coordinate report production to monitor and forecast all project expenses (invoice management). Verify unforeseen deviations with project managers, ensuring justification is documented according to project management methodology. Maintain consistency in the administrative and logistical aspects of progress meetings, project launches, and closures. Do you have three years’ experience in a similar role? Have you unlocked all the secrets of Excel? Your application will get our attention if you’re bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written) and you have excellent analytical skills in multi‑project monitoring. You are known for your excellent ability to solve problems and follow up, work efficiently with an integrated project team, and are proficient in MS Project (EPM).
