Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesCollaborate with business analysts, program managers, project managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into high-level technical plans with initial estimatesWork closely with internal product teams and developers to create solution architectures and conduct technical design reviewsDesign single and multi-system architectures for both on-premise and Azure environmentsContribute to the development of new methodologies to enhance work process and stay on top of emerging technologiesArchitect and execute integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systemsEvaluate and procure third-party applications to meet business needsResolve complex technical issues with simple and effective solutionsDevelop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate design assumptions and produce comprehensive technical documentationSkills And ExperienceMinimum 7 years professional experience in software development including at least 3 years in a technical leadership roleAbility to think big picture around solution designAbility to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholdersProven experience working closely with cross-functional teamsExperience with cloud-native features of Azure and/or AWSExpertise in Domain-Driven architectureProficiency in Azure Well Architected Frameworks, including reliability, performance, and security design principlesKnowledge of cloud networking is considered an assetUnderstanding of current web services technologies and expertise in service-oriented architectureGeneral knowledge of application security and information securityAbility to build technical consensus with team members and managementMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
