Human Resources Manager Arpac Storage Systems is western Canada’s leading provider of material handling equipment and industrial storage solutions for over 40 years. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our Alberta and BC operations. Pay Range Base pay range: CA$110,000/yr – CA$135,000/yr Responsibilities Perform meetings in coordination with management regarding performance or breach issues and exit interview/termination meetings. Investigate accident/incidents, breaches, violence/harassment/discrimination/bullying incidents and develop proactive solutions. Lead site tours to identify and recommend continuous improvement in health and safety and ensure safe work practices are followed. Manage ongoing COR requirements including internal audits and review/approve accident/incident investigations and corrective actions. Manage BC Worksafe and Alberta WCB accounts, accident/incident investigations, LTD and medical claims. Provide pragmatic advice and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations, attendance, performance management, discipline, hiring and termination and legislation interpretation. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements and advise management on needed actions. Attend safety meetings in Alberta and BC and travel to Calgary and Vancouver branches as required.
