It’s also a chance to grow professionally by mentoring apprentice technicians and gaining exposure to a variety of energy systems and technologies in a forward-thinking companyKey Responsibilities:Provide technical services in the areas of electrical systems, metering, power systems and energy management servicesInstall, test, and commission retail and wholesale metering systemsComplete all types of maintenance work on retail and wholesale metering installationsAble to manage projects with minimal supervision to completionEnsure safe work procedures are followed at all timesMaintain client communications, safety and work documentationFollow operating procedures and practices to support Rodan in ensuring compliance and reporting requirements ofRequired Skills and Qualifications:Completed or working towards Journeyperson Meter Technician Certification or equivalentBackground in electrical power distribution, metering, protection and control or electrical systemsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively complete tasksStrong attention to detailDemonstrated time management skillsProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clientsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work independently as well as a member of a teamA valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s License, driver’s insurance and an excellent driving recordKnowledge of and experience with computer software such as Microsoft Office and meter specific softwareFirst Aid and CPR certificates and knowledge of EUSA and the OHSA are assetsRodan Benefits Include:Competitive salary and bonusProfit sharingComprehensive health benefits packageGroup RRSP with employer matchingThis is flexible hybrid roleApply Now: If you’re passionate about innovation and driving growth in a rapidly evolving industry, we want to hear from youReferral Bonus:Know someone who could be a great fit?
