The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within a service-based industry, business to business sales, and a deep understanding of commercial markets. They will be responsible for developing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targetsCreate budgets and forecastsAssess team needs and provide mentorshipDevelop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client baseIdentify and pursue business opportunities to increase revenue and profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendorsProvide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performanceMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordinglyPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a service-based industryExperience managing, motivating, and mentoring teamsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environmentProficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter with salary expectations to hr@vetsgroup.com.
