Position OverviewResponsible and accountable to the Manager of Professional Practice for the provision of outpatient hand therapy in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospital clinic setting. This position is responsible for all aspects of care delivery, education, program development, and quality of service. Education Graduate of an accredited university program in OT/PT Masters in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or equivalent required License to practice with the College of Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists of Ontario required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent related experience with acute hand injuries, both surgical and non‑surgical Skilled in the management of hand injuries/conditions, both surgical and non‑surgical Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic environment Ability to work in a hand therapy model of care environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to participate/lead health service councils and task groups Motivation to practice in accordance with the mission and vision of the hospital/health service Good work and attendance record Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Health Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
