Your Mission Prepare and administer specialized IV and injection therapies with confidence and professionalism. Receive and review physician orders while continuously seeking new methods to enhance patient assessments. Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor client conditions, documenting and responding to changes per Coverdale Infusion Clinics Inc. standards. Provide direction and support to Licensed/Registered Practical Nurses, fostering collaboration and ongoing education. What You Bring To The Table Experience: At least 3 years of acute care, preferably in a hospital setting; ICU/ER experience is an asset. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and be in good standing with the provincial licensing body. Clinical Skills: Training in medication preparation and administration via all routes, with excellent intravenous skills. Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret technical instructions and assess clients visually and auditorily. Experience with CVADs and biologics/infusions is a plus. Core Competencies: Thrive in a collaborative environment with positivity and enthusiasm. Compensation Range: $42.00 – $57.00 per hour (based on applicable experience).
