Join Our Team at Dairy QueenPosition Available: Food Services ManagerVacancies: 1Location: 231 Lakeshore Drive, North Bay, Ontario, P1A 2B8Pay Rate: $37.5 per hourEducation Requirement: Secondary SchoolExperience Requirement: Will trainEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-timeOperations & Financial Management:Analyze budgets to maintain and enhance restaurant profitability.Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements where needed.Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing according to budget goals.Monitor revenues and determine labour cost efficiencies.Participate in marketing planning and execution to drive business growth.Staff Management:Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.Plan and organize daily operations and workflow.Set staff work schedules and ensure efficient shift coverage.Provide ongoing coaching to maintain service quality and performance standards.Customer Service & Administrative Duties:Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.Ensure high-quality customer service at all times.Determine service types offered and implement operational procedures.Organize and maintain inventory control systems.Negotiate with suppliers for food and other operational needs.Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility usage.Supervision:Oversee a team of 5 10 employees.Work Conditions:Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.Handling heavy loads as needed.Combination of sitting, standing, and long periods of walking.Personal Suitability:Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Dependable and reliable.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.Effective multitasker and strong team player.Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers?
