Base pay range CA$149,000.00/yr - CA$205,000.00/yr Department: Brand Marketing Reports to: Creative Director, Veilance Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Director, Global Brand Management - Veilance, you are the creator and owner of annual and seasonal brand strategies for the Veilance product line. You edit and defend our brand and activity positioning and integrate functional strategic plans to bring our product innovations to life, with an industry-defining uniqueness and clarity. Part visionary, part integrator, and part operator, you and your team drive strategy and integration across the global functional teams (Product Design, Merchandising, Regional Marketing, Brand Creative, Brand Communications, and Brand Integration) to build and execute world-class brand and campaign strategies that drive Veilance awareness and consumer engagement across regions and channels. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid working. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. The Brand Marketing team is the direct connection between the guest and the Arc’teryx brand, through content and experience. We work in lockstep with our Regional Brand, Creative, Communications, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as our partners and agencies to create experiences and tell stories that are relevant, thought-provoking and true to who we are. Responsibilities Creating, integrating and driving brand and business growth objectives across a diverse team of strategists, brand managers and business units Overseeing, advocating for and allocating marketing expenditure and partnership opportunities across Veilance brand management initiatives Working with Brand Intelligence to establish budgets, performance metrics and KPIs at a seasonal and campaign level and refine strategies based on data-driven insights Managing, building, and coaching a high-performance team to deliver on global brand strategies and calendar milestones Leading global reports and share-outs quarterly and other leadership meetings as required Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Design, Merchandising, Commercial) and leveraging cross-functional strategies Leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions Directly driving and influencing the creation of globally resonant brand campaigns across all channels Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners, agencies, and stakeholders Maintaining partnerships with regional brand leaders to drive consistent seasonal strategies globally Leading key cross-functional and global integrated meetings and presenting strategy and product stories to excite stakeholders Future focus Identifying new roles and capabilities to elevate Veilance brand management Leading across the enterprise to drive change and create space for others Institutionalizing strategic processes to drive continuity in core brand message and strategy Leading the next phase of growth for Veilance brand management Are you our next Director, Global Brand Management - Veilance? Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
