This role ensures senior management receives timely, accurate project updates. It drives high-performance teams that consistently deliver successful outcomes and earn strong stakeholder references. The Project Director aligns team development with company goals, delivers exceptional construction results, and builds lasting trade partner relationships through collaborative planning tools like the Last Planner System.
