AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

About the Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you will bring the American Eagle brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, representing our company values and showcasing the AE & Aerie product line. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, help them find what they need, and provide guidance with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on product details, suggest fitting options, and highlight the AEO loyalty program. Manage multiple zones—including the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom—flexibly as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with teammates, offering support and contributing to a positive store environment. Act with integrity and consistently follow AEO policies and procedures. What We’d Like in You Enthusiasm for interacting with people and handling fast‑paced tasks. Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Passion for AE and Aerie products and a genuine love of retail. At least 16 years of age and a background in retail is preferred.
