They achieve this by integrating applications and data into a single, intelligent interface. Their AI-powered solutions automate workflows, boost team productivity, and reduce operational complexities for various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and construction. Responsibilities AI Development: Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products. Systems Integration: Create and integrate AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable results for clients. Evaluation & Testing: Establish benchmarking and testing frameworks, ensuring continuous model improvement. Leadership: Define the engineering vision and roadmap, aligning technical direction with business goals. Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to align engineering outcomes with strategy. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and NLP research, integrating emerging technologies when appropriate. Compliance: Ensure privacy, responsible AI use, and enterprise security standards are met. Requirements Proven experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (end-to-end lifecycle). Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and agent-based architectures. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable systems. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team. Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher; accent is not an issue).
