Senior Enterprise Architect

Reporting to the Principal Architect - Architecture Strategy, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the roadmap and target architecture for key BSS, OSS, HR and ERP domains and capabilities.

What you will be doing:Analyze the current IT landscape, detect critical deficiencies, and build gap analysis to drive the technology roadmap.Lead identification and analysis of key industry and technology trends and provide technical leadership in vendor selection initiatives (RFI/RFQ/RFPs).Communicate the technology roadmap to stakeholders at different levels of the IT and business organizations.Develop internal architectural standards and patterns and communicate them across solution architects, tech leads, and developers.Lead architecture review boards and govern the implementation of architectural principles and practices.Provide strategic technical direction across value streams and ARTs to ensure the organization can take advantage of emerging opportunities while responding to and mitigating threats.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Engineering discipline (required).
  • 5 to 10 years of Solution or Enterprise Architecture experience in a large enterprise IT, preferably in telecommunications.
  • A strong understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS), including CRM, Order Management, HR and ERP systems.
  • Strong decision-making, consensus building and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills both in person and written, ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
